1. Who operates NexBoost
NexBoost is owned and operated by Muhammad Talha (Discord username: sexytalha). Our website is nexboost.xyz. Contact [email protected] or open a ticket at discord.gg/nexboosts. NexBoost is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord or the other platforms named in our catalog.
2. Ordering and acceptance
Review the selected product, delivery requirements, Payment Info and Refund Policy before paying. Placing a paid order means you accept the version of these terms disclosed to you at that time, subject to your mandatory legal rights.
Create your order invoice on the website, then open a private Claim Ticket. An invoice is an order summary, not proof of payment or confirmation that delivery has started. Availability, the final payable amount and delivery instructions are confirmed by our team. Only order using funds and accounts you are authorized to use.
3. Product delivery
Decorations are delivered as gift links for you to redeem. Server boosts are applied by boosting accounts that join your chosen server; personal boosts are not added to your own account, and you do not need to add a boost bot. Member packages also deliver members to the chosen server.
Nitro via VCC may take additional processing time. Our team confirms package eligibility, the redemption steps and the delivery estimate in your ticket. Delivery estimates are not a promise of instant fulfillment. Keep your invoice and follow the requirements stated on the product page.
4. Refunds and delivery issues
Our standard refund eligibility is limited to products NexBoost is unable to deliver. Eligible refunds may take up to 365 calendar days from receipt of a complete refund request, unless applicable law or a binding payment-provider requirement requires an earlier refund. See the dedicated Refund Policy for the process.
A successfully delivered digital product is not normally refundable merely because you change your mind. This policy does not remove remedies for defective or misdescribed products, non-delivery, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Brand and intellectual property
Muhammad Talha owns the NexBoost brand and original NexBoost logos, original website text and original creative assets, to the extent those rights belong to him. All such rights are reserved. Do not copy, redistribute, sell or use these materials to impersonate NexBoost without written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Discord, Disney, other third-party trademarks, imported collection artwork and product assets belong to their respective owners. Their display does not transfer ownership to NexBoost or imply sponsorship. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party or openly licensed materials.
6. Responsible use and changes
Do not use the website to impersonate others, submit fraudulent payment evidence, interfere with the service or misuse another person’s information. Third-party platform rules and account eligibility still apply to the products you purchase.
We may update these terms for future orders. Updates do not retroactively change an already accepted order without your agreement. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact us first if you need help resolving a concern.
