Eligibility: when we cannot deliver
NexBoost offers a refund under this policy when we are unable to deliver the purchased product. For a partly fulfilled order, the request relates to the undelivered item or undelivered portion, subject to applicable rights. Contact us if delivery has failed or is overdue so we can investigate.
A delivery delay alone does not automatically mean an order cannot be fulfilled. Nitro via VCC can require additional processing. We will explain the order status and available resolution in your private ticket. This does not permit us to postpone a refund beyond a deadline required by applicable law.
Processing period: up to 365 days
Our stated maximum refund-processing period is 365 calendar days from the date we receive your complete refund request. A complete request includes your invoice or order reference, payment evidence and a description of what was not delivered. We will identify any missing information in your ticket.
If applicable law, a binding payment-provider rule or an authority requires a shorter timeframe, that shorter timeframe applies. This 365-day policy is not a restriction on your right to raise a complaint or seek another remedy available by law.
How to request a refund
- Open a private Claim Ticket in the official NexBoost Discord server, or email [email protected].
- Provide your invoice or order ID, payment screenshot or transaction reference, and the undelivered product details. Redact unrelated financial information.
- Our team verifies the payment and fulfillment status and confirms the refund outcome, amount and method in writing.
- Keep the same ticket open for updates. Never share passwords, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases or private keys.
Delivered items and return method
Successfully delivered gift links, subscriptions, server boosts and member packages are not normally refundable for a change of mind. Claims involving non-delivery, defects or incorrect descriptions will be reviewed separately, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds are returned to the original payer through the original method where supported, or another method agreed with that payer. Any currency conversion or network-cost treatment will be explained before processing; charges will not be deducted where prohibited by applicable law. Never post bank or wallet details publicly.
