Choose your product on our website, open a Claim Ticket, and submit your order and payment details.

Server Boosts

No boost bot needs to be added to your server. Boosts are applied to your server, not your personal account.

  1. Order your preferred boost package on our website and create your invoice.
  2. Open a Claim Ticket and upload the invoice. Confirm and complete payment using the details supplied by our team.
  3. Share an invite link to the server you want boosted.
  4. After verification, members will join your server and apply the boosts directly.

Decorations

  1. Order your chosen decoration on the website.
  2. Open a Claim Ticket and arrange payment if it is not yet complete.
  3. Upload your order invoice and payment screenshot.
  4. After verification, our team provides your decoration gift link for you to redeem.

Discord Nitro

Nitro via VCC may require additional processing time. Confirm eligibility and the estimate before paying.

  1. Order your selected Nitro package on the website.
  2. Open a Claim Ticket and upload your order invoice and payment screenshot after paying.
  3. Our team verifies your purchase and provides delivery details and redemption instructions for that package.

VCC Products

  1. Choose the VCC product you need and create an order on the website.
  2. Open a Claim Ticket.
  3. Upload your order invoice and payment screenshot after paying.
  4. Once verified, our team delivers the product and explains applicable usage instructions.

Tokens & Other Products

This guide does not imply that an unlisted product is available. Ask the team before paying for a custom request.

  1. Order your selected product if it is currently listed and available.
  2. Open a Claim Ticket and upload your order invoice and payment screenshot after paying.
  3. Our team verifies the order and provides the purchased product with its delivery instructions.

Before you submit your claim

  • Keep purchase details inside your private ticket.
  • Hide unrelated financial information in payment screenshots.
  • Follow the requirements on your selected product page.
  • Avoid opening multiple tickets for the same order.
