Information used for your order
The storefront asks for your Discord username and, where relevant, a server invite or activation email. It also records selected products, quantities, invoice references, prices and invoice creation times. These details are used to prepare your order, arrange delivery and provide support.
The current invoice flow saves cart and invoice details in your browser’s local storage and creates a PDF for you to download. You choose when to share that PDF with our team in a Discord ticket. Creating the invoice itself does not charge you or send a payment to us.
When you contact support or pay, we receive the messages, invoice, payment screenshot, transaction reference and delivery details you share. Send only what is needed and hide unrelated balances, transactions and account information.
Browser storage and external requests
Local storage remembers the cart, invoices, display currency and interface preferences. Order-status features may use session storage for an order reference and access token. Clearing site storage removes the locally saved copies; download invoices first if you need to keep them.
The site loads fonts and some product images or animations from external services such as Google Fonts and Discord’s CDN. Your browser sends these providers normal request information, including your IP address and browser details. Hosting providers may also process access and security logs. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.
Use and sharing
We use order information to verify payment, fulfill the selected product, answer support requests, investigate misuse and keep records required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Necessary details may be handled by the payment, hosting, communication or fulfillment providers involved in your order.
Payment providers and Discord process information under their own policies. The current storefront does not ask for payment-card numbers or wallet private keys. Do not include credentials, one-time codes or recovery phrases in an invoice or payment screenshot.
Retention, security and your choices
Local invoices remain in your browser until you remove them or clear site data. Copies you send in tickets and payment records may be kept while needed for fulfillment, support, disputes, accounting or legal obligations; there is no single automatic deletion period for every record.
You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting support and identifying the relevant order. We may verify that you are entitled to the information and retain records where required by law or an unresolved dispute. Deleting browser data does not delete copies already sent to Discord or other providers.
We limit order-data use to the purposes described here, but no online storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Changes to this policy will be dated on this page.
